Payment options
All amounts shown on the website are stated in Danish kroner (DKK), including VAT and excluding delivery costs.
Logic Group A/S accepts online payments with; Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mobilepay Online.ย
Payment for the order will not be deducted from your account until the goods are dispatched unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. When purchasing customised goods, payment may be required prior to the start of production.
Logic Group A/S uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, which means that the connection is completely secure.

Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately.
The money is reserved on your card or account until we withdraw the amount when we dispatch the goods or the money is released as agreed with your card issuer.

Delivery
We only deliver goods within Denmark. For delivery outside Denmark, please contact da Logic Group at order@logic-group.com The delivery time for your order is normally 1-3 business days. For orders placed on weekends and public holidays, the goods will be dispatched on the first working day.
Should there be an extended delivery time in special cases, we will notify you by email.
We deliver to private addresses in Denmark - excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
All goods are delivered with GLS, DAO and PostNord.

Return and cancellation policy
There is a 14-day full return policy on items purchased on our webshop. It is important to note that customised items cannot be returned.
The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. You are responsible for any return costs and the choice of carrier is at your own discretion.
Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and we must receive the order no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your right of cancellation.

The notice must be given by email to order@logic-group.com, where you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation of your purchase. ย

The goods must be returned in the same condition and quantity as received, including the original product packaging. The original product packaging must be in such a condition that resale is possible if you want a full refund, as the product packaging represents a value for the item, as it contains useful information about the use of the product (as well as product data), which is necessary information for other customers in case of resale. resale. Therefore, it is recommended not to tape or write directly on the packaging or apply stamps, postal or shipping labels, etc.
When returning goods, you should ensure that the goods are securely wrapped. You are responsible for the parcel/goods until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt and any track and trace number.
Parcels returned to a parcel shop, sent as "recipient pays", u/franco, "parcel without delivery" etc. will not be received/collected.

It is up to Logic Group A/S to assess the condition of the goods. You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part (impairment). This happens if the value of the item has decreased because:
- you have actually used the item in a different way than would have been possible in a physical store
- it has been damaged while you were responsible for it - you have handled the goods differently than was necessary for you to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods
- you have not followed the limitations of the right of cancellation due to seals, type of goods etc.
- the original packaging is not in a condition that allows resale, as the packaging represents a value for the product, as the packaging contains useful information about the use of the product (as well as product data), which is necessary information for other customers in the event of resale. resale.

Right of complaint
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, products are covered by a 2-year warranty. The warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship.
Complaints must be notified to Logic Group A/S within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, 14 days is considered reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
The complaint does not apply to faults or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product. Logic Group A/S's liability for damage to the buyer, his immediate family, goods, business associates, etc. is limited to circumstances caused by gross negligence on the part of Logic Group A/S, as well as liability stipulated in general, mandatory compensation rules. Indirect losses and consequential damages are not covered by Logic Group A/S.

Business purchases at Logic Group A/S
Orders indicated with a VAT number (and) or company name on the billing address are considered business purchases/business customers. For business customers, the following special conditions apply:
- Right of cancellation
- For business purchases at Logic Group A/S, there is no right of cancellation, and we reserve the right to refuse a return. However, it is our desire to meet our customers' needs, which is why we in most cases offer a 14-day full return policy on standard stock items that are not customised or programmed.
- For stock items, we will always endeavour to find a solution that benefits the customer. However, it must be emphasised that returns of stock items may be refused. In cases where a return is accepted, a fee may be charged or a reduction in price may be applied.
- It is important to note that customised items cannot be returned. This applies, for example, to programmed items that are customised to specific customer wishes.
- Right of complaint: The right of complaint is 12 months from the original invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
- Freight damage: Any freight damage must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of the goods.
- Freight costs for complaints: In case of complaints, the business customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to Logic Group A/S.
- Card fees: Business card payments are subject to a card fee. Payment methods such as Dankort are fee-free.
- Reservations: We make reservations for any price errors on our website. Should a pricing error occur, we reserve the right to cancel the order.ย
- Logic Group A/S reserves the right to refuse orders from competitors speculating on the purchase of specific goods for resale or stockpiling. Orders are assessed individually and may be rejected if, based on an objective business judgement, they are deemed to be contrary to our legitimate business interests.
