- Avoid negative pressure with VELUX - When the hood is switched on, VELUX opens automatically and ensures that no negative pressure is created and that the indoor climate is healthy.
- The robot vacuum cleaner - Let the robot vacuum start when dinner is done and let it keep the kitchen and the rest of the house clean.
- The smart smoke alarm - The smoke alarm notifies you when smoke develops. It switches on all lights, makes a loud siren sound and sends you an alarm message. Its built-in motion sensor can switch on the lights at night on the 2% if someone needs to get up for a glass of water.

- Switch everything off - Easily shut down the house with the 'switch everything off' function at the bedside. It turns off the lights, stops the music, closes the windows, rolls down the curtains and switches off your sockets.
- Automatic morning wake-up call - The lights switch on automatically every morning on 5%, Monday to Friday and the curtains slowly rise.

- Curtains - Let the curtains automatically close in the evening and open in the morning. If you activate the "film scenario", the curtains are lowered and the lights are switched off.
- Light dimming - Press and hold the button on the Matrix and dim the light to your favourite setting
- Party buttons - Pressing the 'Party button' activates loud music from SONOS, the curtains are rolled down, the TV is switched off, spotlights and lamps change colour and the VELUX windows close, and the household receives the message ''Party mode active'' on their phone.
- App management - When you're snuggled up on the sofa, you can control and monitor your entire house from your phone. Whether you want to dim the lights, switch on the alarm, check that all the windows are closed or close the garage door, you can do it all from your phone.
