Here you can find firmware updates & User guides to your Logic Group devices
Firmware is updated via "Over The Air" (OTA) device update. There is no need to connect the device to a controller or PC via cable as the device firmware can be updated directly over the Z-Wave wireless network.
The firmware files that can be downloaded from this page have the extension .OTA. In some controllers, files must be of type .HEX - in these cases, the file extension can simply be renamed as the firmware file is already a hex file.

PC Controller 5
With the same Z-Wave USB adapter, you can also download and install Silabs PC Controller 5.
If you follow the instructions, you can include the Z-Wave USB adapter and firmware update your devices without them being reported. This way your programming will not be lost.

Alternatively, you are of course welcome to send them to us and we will do it all for you. Your devices will be announced in connection with the update and testing.
Alternatively, we can come to you and do it on site. That way you won't lose your programming.
This will be invoiced as an hourly rate for full hours started.
