The first Meeting
At the first meeting, which typically takes place in one of our show houses, by phone, Teams, at your home, during the material selection meeting with your house builder or at our office, you will speak with one of our experienced SmartHome specialists.
We listen to your wishes and dreams, review your electrical plan if you have one, make suggestions on how we can optimise your solution and provide our recommendations and experience.
After the meeting, you will receive a non-binding offer that gives you a clear picture of the economics and benefits of the solution.
Up next step
Once you've decided to proceed, we'll customise the proposal to match your requirements 100%. We have an ongoing dialogue until you are satisfied.
We also coordinate with your electrician to ensure the electrical plan is optimised and installation is as simple as possible.
Delivery of your finished product Smartliving plug 'n' play solution
Once you have approved the proposal, we start programming your solution. We programme the solution individually for you and as if it were to be installed in our own home.
The solution comes with full installation instructions and labelling of all devices. This means your electrician can easily install and mount the solution without further knowledge. Your system is pre-programmed so that all correspondences, switch off all functions, control of VELUX and the other things you have chosen are complete and working.
All the electrician has to do is install the devices and switch on the power and your home is smart!

After installation, you can choose to have one of our technicians visit you.
We will go through the system with you, familiarise you with the app and make any necessary adjustments.
